Gaines-Gentry bred Imperial Gesture captures her second Grade One stakes winning the Beldame at Belmont Park. The Langfuhr filly is a half-sister to Kentucky Oaks winner Sardula out of the Hoist the Flag mare Honor An Offer. Owned by the Godolphin Stable the filly was purchased for $350,000 at the 1999 Keeneland November Sale out of the consignment of Gaines-Gentry Thoroughbreds by John Ferguson Bloodstock.

Black Minnaloushe became his dam, Coral Dance`s, third grade one winner after capturing the Irish Two Thousand Guineas and the St. James Palace Stakes at three in 2001. The colt is a half-brother to French Champion Two-year-old and English Two Thousand Guineas winner Pennekamp and multiple Grade One millionaire Nasr El Arab. The Storm Cat colt, bred by John R. Gaines Thoroughbreds and William Condren brought $750,000 at the 1998 Keeneland November Sale.

In Gaines-Gentry`s second Keeneland November consignment, we sold the 1993 Summer Squall filly out of Broodmare of the Year Glowing Tribute. Later named Mackie, she went on to become a Graded stakes winner and was resold at Keeneland January 2000 for a record $5,000,000 in foal to Mr. Prospector.

Time Limit, a three-year-old Gilded Time gelding out of Savanna Anna captured two graded stakes races at three including the Spectacular Bid and the Hutcheson Stakes at Gulfstream Park. A $160,000 1995 Keeneland November graduate earned $379,129 for owner Overbrook Farm and trainer D. Wayne Lukas. Bred by John R. Gaines Thoroughbreds and Vinery, the son of Gilded Time is a half-brother to multiple stakes winner Miss Indy Anna.
